Job Description

  1. Custom Solutions Development. Design and develop Salesforce applications tailored to meet business needs.
  2. End-to-End Development. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  3. Component Solutions. Perform detailed analysis and prepare Salesforce component solutions, including both synchronous and asynchronous interfaces.
  4. Integration Design. Design and document integrations with other systems using web services and APIs.
  5. Collaboration & Innovation. Work closely with stakeholders and other developers to continuously improve the system and implement innovative solutions.
  6. Security Compliance. Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to security and development standards.
  7. Issue Resolution. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to Salesforce integrations and the Salesforce platform itself.
  8. Code Reviews. Participate in code reviews to enforce best practices and ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  9. Continuous Learning. Stay current with Salesforce features and functionalities, and recommend best practices to enhance existing implementations.
