Job Description
- Custom Solutions Development. Design and develop Salesforce applications tailored to meet business needs.
- End-to-End Development. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Component Solutions. Perform detailed analysis and prepare Salesforce component solutions, including both synchronous and asynchronous interfaces.
- Integration Design. Design and document integrations with other systems using web services and APIs.
- Collaboration & Innovation. Work closely with stakeholders and other developers to continuously improve the system and implement innovative solutions.
- Security Compliance. Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to security and development standards.
- Issue Resolution. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to Salesforce integrations and the Salesforce platform itself.
- Code Reviews. Participate in code reviews to enforce best practices and ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Continuous Learning. Stay current with Salesforce features and functionalities, and recommend best practices to enhance existing implementations.
