Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email marketing, automation, journey builder, and data management.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, offering guidance and best practices to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective marketing strategies and campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Develop and execute data-driven segmentation strategies to effectively target audiences, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for personalized and relevant communication.
• Design strategies to enhance end customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Drive continuous improvement through campaign analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in marketing automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies using data-driven insights and segmentation techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights for optimization.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator).
