Job Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Handle platform app building and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Implement and manage Salesforce Flows, UI enhancements, and page layout modifications.
• Work extensively on backend integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
• Conduct testing in integrated cloud environments, particularly focusing on Health Cloud interactions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to refine business requirements and develop scalable solutions.
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.

Skills & Expertise Required

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Experience with complex integrations and data migration strategies.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Flows, visibility rules, and UI customizations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience with testing Salesforce implementations and managing end-to-end validation of data flows.
• Ability to handle multiple testing scenarios, ensuring seamless system interactions.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
