We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer  to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across our organization. This is a leadership role for a professional who combines technical expertise with managerial capabilities, ensuring our Salesforce environment is robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions for large, complex business environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce implementations.
• Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.
• Ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce with other platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom integrations.
• Oversee data management practices, ensuring security, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other core functionalities of the Salesforce platform.
• Stay updated with Salesforce innovations and recommend relevant enhancements to improve business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce in both administration and development roles.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead or managerial role with proven leadership and team-building abilities.

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and core Salesforce functionality.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

Data Management

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, security, and governance principles.
• Ability to design scalable and secure data architectures within Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or Application Architect.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience managing Salesforce projects in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
