Logitech is seeking a Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team for the Salesforce CPQ implementation within our B2B business group. In this role, you will focus on QA strategy and execution, ensuring the quality and functionality of the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution. This is a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with IT and Business teams to deliver high-quality, efficient systems that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Planning & Execution. Develop comprehensive test plans and execute them to validate requirements related to Salesforce CPQ/RLM implementation. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on CPQ configurations and integrations.
- Collaboration & Communication. Work closely with project teams, including architects, business analysts, system analysts, development teams, and project managers. Report project status and contribute effectively to team meetings across multiple technology boundaries.
- Performance Monitoring & Enhancement. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and enhance user experience.
- Data Integrity & Security. Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce CPQ environment.
- Documentation. Assist in maintaining and updating QA documentation, test environments, and test case design.
- Continuous Improvement. Stay current with industry best practices and trends in CPQ, recommending and implementing process improvements within QA activities.
Key Qualifications
- Experience. A minimum of 5 years in the IT industry, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ QA, specifically in large full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations.
- Salesforce Expertise. Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, particularly in CPQ, with a solid understanding of CPQ processes and tools.
- Testing Expertise. Proven skills in software quality assurance, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- CPQ Knowledge. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ tools is a plus. Knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud is also an advantage.
- Automation & Tools. Experience with Jira, Tosca, Katalon, and other automation tools is preferable.
- Work Environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Knowledge and experience in QA automation.
- A proactive and self-starter mentality, with the ability to drive results independently.
Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
