As a Salesforce CPQ Developer at Logitech, you’ll play a key role in the Enterprise Applications team, driving Salesforce CPQ implementations for our B2B business group. Your expertise will contribute directly to the success of our sales initiatives, ensuring a seamless, customized experience that meets business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work closely with IT, Business Groups, and Sales Operations to understand, analyze, and refine business requirements, translating them into technical solutions and configurations.
- Implement and customize CPQ solutions. Develop using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configure CPQ functionalities to meet specific requirements.
- Integrate CPQ with Salesforce and other systems. Design, support, and expand integrations between CPQ, Salesforce applications, and external systems like Oracle ERP.
- Support system health and user needs. Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 support for CPQ users and ensure seamless performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Document and refine solutions. Create clear technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and share knowledge across the development team.
Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 3+ years working on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, including hands-on experience with at least one full lifecycle CPQ implementation.
- Expertise in Salesforce Force.com platform. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC is essential, along with experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle ERP.
- In-depth knowledge of CPQ. You have a solid understanding of CPQ architecture, data models, configuration options, and industry best practices.
- Salesforce certifications. Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist is required; additional certifications, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud or JavaScript Developer, are advantageous.
- Technical competencies. Familiarity with web technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, HTML/CSS), APEX triggers/SOQL queries, and Salesforce APIs. Version control knowledge (Git) and experience with tools like Jira and cloud-based systems are beneficial.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to tackle complex problems, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills. Capable of articulating technical solutions clearly, both in written documentation and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Salesforce certifications, including Developer or Sales Cloud.
- Background with HTML/CSS practices and marketing automation.
