Job Description

As a Sales Operations Analyst for the MENAT region, you will play a critical role in driving sales efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with sales managers and operations leaders to manage planning processes, provide insightful reporting, and enhance decision-making. Your analytical skills and operational expertise will be key in identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Support Management. Oversee essential sales systems and processes to facilitate rapid business growth and achieve revenue goals.
  2. Collaboration. Work with Sales Operations Leads to establish ambitious goals and create frameworks for progress measurement.
  3. CRM Oversight. Manage the sales CRM system, including territory definitions, account assignments, revenue tracking, and quota management.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement. Develop strong relationships with sales teams and stakeholders to refine tools and processes for increased productivity.
  5. Performance Analysis. Conduct quantitative analysis of sales team performance to enhance sales excellence and productivity.
  6. Ad Hoc Projects. Prepare and participate in various analytical projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, business management, or sales operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Knowledge of business-process design and sales procedures.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
