Key Job Responsibilities
- Increasing Sales. Drive sales growth through the offline retail channel by expanding channel size and store throughput. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
- Managing Field Sales Staff. Ensure optimal productivity of the field sales team.
- Customer Experience. Partner with Channel Managers and Channel Marketing Manager to deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences.
- Kindle Evangelism. Act as the Kindle evangelist for your region. Train field sales teams on selling Amazon devices, accessories, content, and ecosystem.
- Sales Program Management. Monitor and respond to the success metrics of sales programs in your region.
- Strategic Partnerships. Collaborate with Channel Managers to create programs targeting high-value regions, accounts, and stores.
- Product Transitions. Manage in-store product transitions and communicate effectively with retailers.
- Business Intelligence. Gather business and market intelligence to drive strategic decisions.
- Expansion Opportunities. Identify expansion opportunities with regional retailers and work with channel managers to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Hands-On Approach. Be hands-on in day-to-day tasks to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Experience analyzing data and performance drivers to enhance sales outcomes.
- Proven track record in closing sales and generating revenue.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building new customer relationships.
- Ability to influence C-level executives.
- MBA qualification is preferred.
