Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at LinkedIn, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and developing leads. This hybrid role allows you to balance working from home with time at the LinkedIn office, depending on team needs and personal preference.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation. Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads to build a robust pipeline for the region.
  2. Campaign Management. Execute campaigns to generate new sales prospects and schedule demonstrations between account executives and potential customers.
  3. Sales Tracking. Use Salesforce.com to accurately track communications with current and potential customers.
  4. Strategy Development. Collaborate with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound strategies and identify high-potential leads.
  5. Social Selling. Utilize Sales Navigator and other social selling techniques to identify and prospect into potential leads.
  6. High-Volume Outreach. Conduct a high volume of calls with decision-makers to uncover and address their needs using LinkedIn Corporate Solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, analyst roles, or lead generation/inside sales.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Analytical skills to identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Salary and Compensation

The salary range for this role is $59,000 to $85,000 per year. Actual compensation packages will vary based on skill set, experience, certifications, and specific work location.
