We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with a strong background in Automation Anywhere to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with business operations and technical teams to design, develop, and implement automated workflow solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in analyzing processes, coding RPA solutions, and ensuring their seamless integration within our business operations. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into robust, scalable automation solutions.
• Design, configure, and document RPA processes using Automation Anywhere 360, following industry best practices to ensure clarity, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Develop comprehensive technical specifications and ensure adherence to project planning timelines, communicating any potential risks or issues.
• Assist in the creation of test scenarios and provide support during user acceptance testing to ensure that the automation meets all business requirements.
• Oversee the launch and implementation of RPA solutions, offering continued support to resolve issues post-deployment and ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain and optimize existing RPA solutions to improve process efficiency and adapt to evolving business needs.

Required Technical Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere 360 platform, including experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room.
• Proficiency in VB Script, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for developing and managing data workflows.
• Ability to design detailed technical specification documents for RPA projects.
• Experience in analyzing current ("As-Is") processes and developing optimized ("To-Be") processes for automation.
• Proven track record in conducting user acceptance testing with stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation of automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in Automation Anywhere (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
