As an RF Engineering Project Manager at Amdocs Gurgaon, you will lead and manage RF engineering development and implementation projects. Your role encompasses technical leadership, team development, and ensuring project success through effective management of scope, quality, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management. Drive the entire project lifecycle, estimating work, managing tasks, and addressing scope issues.
- People Management. Attract, develop, and retain talent to build effective and competent teams.
- Quality Assurance. Ensure adherence to RF engineering best practices, quality processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communication and Alignment. Foster clarity and alignment within the project team and stakeholders, ensuring project goals are met.
- Innovation and Efficiency. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in RF engineering processes and tools.
Requirements
- M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience, or B.Sc. with 9 years of experience.
- Proficiency in RF wireless design engineering for telecommunications systems.
- Experience with equipment manufacturers such as Ericsson, Nokia, or Huawei.
- Previous experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams.
