Job Description

Accenture Global Responsible AI team within the Global Data & AI Practice focuses on ensuring AI technologies are developed and deployed responsibly, adhering to ethical norms and regulatory requirements. They collaborate with leading organizations to integrate responsible AI practices into all data and AI activities.

Responsibilities
As a Responsible AI Engineer at Accenture, you will.

  • Develop and implement AI models and solutions with a strong emphasis on ethical and responsible practices.
  • Detect, evaluate, and apply relevant Responsible AI dimensions (bias, fairness, robustness, explainability, etc.) in AI systems, actively mitigating identified risks.
  • Optimize and maintain existing AI systems to enhance performance and compliance with ethical standards.
  • Participate in the full AI development lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment and support.
  • Contribute to internal guidelines and best practices for responsible AI development and provide technical training.
  • Stay updated with AI trends, ethical considerations, and technological advancements.
  • Assist in identifying and correcting biases in datasets and AI models, ensuring transparency in AI development processes.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in.

  • Developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and database management.
  • Understanding of cloud services and platforms related to AI (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Ability to work with complex datasets, perform data preprocessing, and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.

Compensation and Location

  1. Role Location. British Columbia
  2. Annual Salary Range. $60,600 to $158,900 (compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skills, and experience)

Additional Information. Travel may be required for this role depending on business needs and client requirements.
