We are expanding our Responsible AI team and seeking an experienced RAI Engineer with leadership skills and a background in ethical AI practices. You will lead efforts to build and deploy state-of-the-art AI models, addressing dimensions such as fairness, transparency, explainability, robustness, and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI models and solutions, focusing on ethical and responsible practices.
• Detect, evaluate, and apply relevant Responsible AI dimensions in AI systems; mitigate identified risks.
• Support client sales conversations, proposal preparation, and project management related to Responsible AI solutions.
• Optimize and maintain existing AI systems for enhanced performance and ethical standards compliance.
• Oversee the full AI development lifecycle, including data preparation, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Contribute to internal guidelines, best practices, and technical training for Responsible AI development.
• Stay updated with AI trends, ethical considerations, and technological advancements.
• Identify and correct biases in datasets and AI models; ensure transparent documentation of AI development processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java; familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), database management, and data processing.
• Understanding of cloud services and platforms related to AI (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with complex datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.

• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in a language other than English to a reasonable business level.
