Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • PhD degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • One or more scientific publication submissions for conferences, journals, or public repositories.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of coding experience.
  • 1 year of experience owning and initiating research agendas.

Responsibilities

  • Author impactful research papers to disseminate findings within the team and the broader research community.
  • Facilitate the growth of research initiatives across teams by sharing trends and best practices.
  • Define data structures, frameworks, designs, and evaluation metrics for research solutions.
  • Identify and explore new research areas through collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Contribute to experiments, develop prototypes, and refine methodologies to evaluate research impact.

Additional Information:

  • This full-time position offers a competitive US base salary range of $136,000-$200,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits, tailored based on location and individual qualifications.
