As a React JS Developer, you will work as a Senior Consultant in the banking domain. You will develop custom applications and collaborate with clients to elicit technical requirements, designing and implementing effective solutions that have a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed design and development of applications.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Solution Architects and Functional Leads.
• Engage in all phases of the SDLC, including Requirement Analysis, Implementation, and Maintenance.
• Lead and mentor offshore teams in an onshore/offshore model.

Essential Skills

• React JS and Redux for UI development.
• Spring Microservices, Spring Boot, and REST API.
• Core JAVA, J2EE, and SQL.
• Familiarity with log analysis tools (e.g., Splunk).
• Hands-on experience with source code management (Git) and CI/CD tools (Bamboo).
• Knowledge of Maven, Gradle, JUnit, and Mockito.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail.
