• Design and develop web applications using React.js and Next.js in conjunction with a Java backend.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in React.js, Next.js, and backend Java development to ensure best practices are followed.

Experience

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and React.js.
