We are seeking an innovative and experienced Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Quality Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for various projects. This role involves working closely with multiple departments to validate test cases, ensuring the end product meets the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering fully functional and user-friendly products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Testing Expertise. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for mobile applications, web applications, and APIs. Experience with Mobile Money, e-Wallets, and credit card payment solutions is essential. Knowledge of Comviva Mobiquity solutions is a plus.
2. Technical Proficiency. Write and execute complex SQL queries, and utilize Unix systems. Experience with automation tools (Java, Selenium) and performance testing tools (Rest Assured, JMeter) is highly desirable.
3. Quality Assurance. Define test strategies, set up test frameworks, environments, and data. Design, review, and implement test cases to ensure thorough coverage of functionality, reliability, performance, and security.
4. Collaboration. Liaise with external teams to gather and understand requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to ensure quality is maintained and features meet expectations.
5. Issue Management. Identify, document, and remedy defects. Recommend and monitor preventive and corrective actions to meet quality assurance standards.
6. Reporting and Documentation. Compile and analyze statistical data. Draft quality assurance policies and procedures. Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
7. Process Improvement. Track and update the resolution of defects. Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training.

Required Skills & Knowledge

1. Educational Qualifications. BE/BTech/MCA in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
2. Experience. 9+ years in quality analysis or test leadership, with experience in the Fintech/Mobile wallet industry being a plus.
3. Technical Skills. Hands-on experience with SDET, C#, Automated Testing, QTP, Selenium, Mobile Testing, SQL, API Testing, Postman, Unix.
4. Behavioral Skills. Strong customer focus, collaborative team player, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
5. Additional Skills. Telecommunication industry expertise, global team handling experience, and ability to work independently in multiple time zones are advantageous.
