We are seeking a Python Developer with 4+ years of industry experience, specifically in the Telecom OSS domain. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Assurance and Fulfillment processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating strong self-motivation and a research-oriented mindset.
• Independently own development tasks in Python, delivering new product features efficiently.
• Engage in discussions with clients to understand existing systems and propose appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of innovation and performance in all tasks.

Mandatory Skills

1. Python Development. Proven expertise in Python (4+ years).
2. System Analysis. Ability to analyze and understand customer systems and business logic.
3. Technical Proficiency. Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, UNIX Shell scripting, Git, and Jenkins.
4. Testing Exposure. Experience in testing methodologies and practices.
5. Telecom OSS Experience. Minimum 4 years in the Telecom OSS domain.
6. CI/CD Knowledge. Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes.
7. Cloud Technologies. Understanding of cloud platforms and services.

• Excellent customer interfacing abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
