Mphasis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT infrastructure and security projects, especially focusing on Identity Access Management (IAM) and authentication systems. This role demands expertise in managing client relationships, developing strategies, and executing technical projects that meet business and security needs. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring the achievement of quality standards, and managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scopes, objectives, and timelines involving relevant stakeholders.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects, focusing on IAM and authentication systems.
• Create detailed project plans and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure their requirements are met by delivering high-quality technical solutions.
• Act as the point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Participate in leadership presentations and communicate technical concepts effectively to clients.
• Perform thorough risk management, identifying potential project risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, effectively managing team members and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and smooth execution of tasks.
• Track and monitor the performance of the project team to ensure high standards of delivery.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems and tools, ensuring that all targets are met according to schedule and quality expectations.
• Generate comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all steps and outcomes are recorded for future reference.
• Manage and oversee IAM-related projects, ensuring that IT security policies, procedures, and implementations are in line with best practices.
• Proactively monitor the progress of IAM implementations and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure success.
• Work closely with clients and vendors to manage and enhance IT infrastructure operational effectiveness, especially within the realm of security services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience with IAM (Identity Access Management), Authentication, and related security services.
• Proficient in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, particularly those that focus on IT security, IAM, and client technical operations.
• Expertise in tools such as Oracle Identity & Access Manager, MS Project, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Solid understanding of IT security policies, procedures, and implementation.

Project Management

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of project performance metrics and tools to track and report on progress, risks, and changes.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and lead diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical details to both internal and client-facing stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project goals.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, particularly within the security services and IAM domain.
• Previous experience in a Program Manager role is highly preferred.
• Industry-recognized project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
