Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will drive the success of multiple projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and timeliness. Your role involves guiding the project team on technical and functional aspects, reviewing documents and artifacts, and taking proactive measures to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Leadership

  • Lead the entire project lifecycle, initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of timesheets, invoicing, and other project-related documentation.
  • Serve as the primary interface for customer communication, addressing any concerns promptly.

Technical Documentation and Compliance

  • Create and review functional and technical specification documents, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Oversee ticket management by assigning resources and tracking progress to meet SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to Software Quality Processes, guaranteeing compliance and efficiency.

Team Development and Collaboration

  • Mentor, motivate, and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Promote continuous improvement by encouraging innovative, faster, and cost-effective approaches to work.

Production Support and Issue Resolution

  • Manage production support as per the RACI Matrix, resolving issues proactively before escalation.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.
