Key Responsibilities
Project Management and Leadership
- Lead the entire project lifecycle, initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of timesheets, invoicing, and other project-related documentation.
- Serve as the primary interface for customer communication, addressing any concerns promptly.
Technical Documentation and Compliance
- Create and review functional and technical specification documents, ensuring they meet project requirements.
- Oversee ticket management by assigning resources and tracking progress to meet SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to Software Quality Processes, guaranteeing compliance and efficiency.
Team Development and Collaboration
- Mentor, motivate, and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Promote continuous improvement by encouraging innovative, faster, and cost-effective approaches to work.
Production Support and Issue Resolution
- Manage production support as per the RACI Matrix, resolving issues proactively before escalation.
- Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.
