Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution. Drive the project roadmap from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Customer Engagement. Establish high levels of customer interaction, ensuring satisfaction through feedback mechanisms.
- Project Governance. Oversee project budgets, compliance, and quality planning methodologies.
- Communication. Articulate project designs and constraints effectively to stakeholders while considering customer perspectives.
- Documentation & Reporting. Develop project documentation, status reports, and dashboards to enhance visibility and repeatability of solutions.
