As a Technical Lead/Project Lead at BOLD, you will spearhead a team of technology experts in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge web applications. You will leverage your extensive experience in full-stack development, modern frameworks, and best coding practices to drive the successful execution of projects. Your leadership and technical acumen will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and ensuring the high quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React JS, Next JS) and technologies (.NET, Node.js).
• Write optimized, maintainable code and integrate with cloud platforms like Azure or third-party APIs.
• Develop new user-facing features and build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement in usability, performance, and security.
• Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
• Coordinate all stages of product development from concept to final distribution, working closely with the product team.
• Provide architecture guidance and choose appropriate frameworks and design patterns for business solutions.
• Participate in product review meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
• Oversee deployment of applications on AWS or similar platforms.

Requirements

Experience

1. Technical Lead. Minimum of 7 years in software development with strong experience in modern web application technologies.
2. Project Lead. Minimum of 9 years in software development with proven leadership and project management experience.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in building modern web applications using React JS, ASP.NET MVC, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5/CSS, and RESTful services.
• Solid object-oriented design and development skills.
• Experience with Web API and understanding of Agile methodologies.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in WCF & REST APIs.
• Exposure to Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFE, Kanban, and Lean practices.

• Strong analytical skills with a responsibility-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
