Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Commissioning Support. Oversee the hardware and software commissioning for new and existing sites, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of Stem's hardware stack.
  2. Geographic Support. Address and resolve support tickets during US business hours, covering diverse regions including the US, EMEA, and APAC.
  3. Project Leadership. Drive project progress by coordinating with stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, and, when necessary, customers.
  4. Reporting & Management. Provide detailed project reporting and management to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  1. Educational Background. BTech/BE degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering from an accredited institution.
  2. Technical Expertise. Proficient in communication protocols such as MODBUS RS485 and TCP/IP, networking fundamentals (DHCP/Static, DNS, TCP/IP), and router/switch configuration and IP address planning.
  3. Power Systems Knowledge. Familiarity with electrical power systems, solar power systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
  4. Data Analysis Skills. Experience in analyzing large datasets and performing data analysis.
  5. System Knowledge. Understanding of server operating systems and network devices.
  6. Creative Problem Solving. Ability to creatively resolve problems in ambiguous situations.
  7. Scripting Skills. Competency in executing custom scripts (basic coding/understanding).
  8. Communication Skills. Strong verbal and written English language skills.
