Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will be the delivery owner responsible for overseeing transformation and business deliveries across applications within your assigned cluster. This role requires effective governance, stakeholder management, and a focus on ensuring successful project execution and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Delivery Governance. Act as the primary point of contact for delivery governance and stakeholder management within the cluster, collaborating closely with the customer Domain Owner.
  2. Escalation Management. Serve as the first level of escalation for all domains within the cluster.
  3. Transformation Roadmap. Drive the transformation roadmap and commitments for each domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Business Delivery Commitments. Oversee business delivery commitments for releases, facilitating support and coordination as needed.
  5. E2E Readiness. Ensure end-to-end readiness for business releases, including defect resolution and team readiness.
  6. Hypercare Planning. Lead planning efforts to support the Hypercare phase for business launches across all domains.
  7. DevOps Implementation. Standardize implementation of DevOps and ways of working (WoW) practices within domain teams.
  8. Capacity Review. Regularly review domain capacity and alignment with forecast projections.
  9. Quality Assurance. Ensure quality assurance practices are followed for all deliveries.
  10. Operational Oversight. Monitor operational parameters, including revenue, cost, and margins for responsible domains.
  11. Reporting. Prepare weekly and monthly steering reports for Domain Owners and the Customer Program Management team.

Qualifications

  1. Experience. 15+ years in the industry, with 5-8 years managing large programs and leading transformation delivery projects.
  2. Telecom Expertise. In-depth knowledge of Telecom Business Support Systems (BSS), particularly in telecom billing, CRM, and order management systems.
  3. Strategic Project Management. Proven experience managing strategic projects with significant impact, demonstrating delivery excellence through best practices and quality assurance measures.
  4. Financial Controls. Strong background in operational excellence and financial controls.
  5. Stakeholder Management. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with strong communication capabilities.
