In this role, you will manage and enhance Amazon’s Social Responsibility program, ensuring adherence to global standards and driving continuous improvement across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Implementation. Develop and implement workflows for handling social responsibility escalations and managing incoming cases systematically.
- Complex Problem Resolution. Create solutions for complex issues and proactively address negative service trends.
- Communication. Clearly convey complex problems in simple terms for diverse stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work with internal teams (Policy, Product, Business) to evolve the Worldwide Social Responsibility (WWSR) program and enhance process efficiency.
- Change Management. Influence supplier management behaviors to improve worker protection and uphold Amazon’s Supply Chain Standards.
- Tool and Process Improvement. Conduct gap analyses on internal tools, interpret compliance data, and make informed decisions to improve supplier performance.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience. 4+ years in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent roles.
- Education. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Confidentiality. Experience handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Program Management, 3+ years of experience in program requirements definition and using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Auditing Credentials. Professional auditing qualification or similar risk/compliance credentials.
- Technical Skills. Experience with SQL and Excel.
