As the Program Manager for Risk and Compliance, you will be pivotal in delivering extended workforce solutions at scale while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. You will serve as a trusted partner for Alphabet’s extended workforce needs, transforming compliance into a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Program Management. Establish and maintain a robust supplier compliance program, including policies, procedures, and guidelines for monitoring suppliers.
- Monitoring and Audits. Develop and execute a monitoring plan to track supplier compliance, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
- Risk Management. Identify compliance gaps, develop corrective action plans with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the compliance program.
- Reporting and Communication. Present regular reports to management on supplier compliance status, key risks, and remediation efforts. Communicate compliance requirements and expectations to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders and suppliers on compliance-related matters. Act as a subject matter expert on supplier compliance risks and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in global supplier compliance, vendor management, supplier consulting, or third-party risk management.
- Experience with consultants or contingent workforce.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in auditing, supplier management, internal audit, or third-party risk management (e.g., CIA, IIA, CA, CFE, CMA, CPA, CISA, CTPRP, C3PRMP, TPRA, etc.).
- Experience in executive stakeholder management.
- Experience in consulting and change management.
- Knowledge of technology industry risks, particularly in cybersecurity.
