Join our Global Operations – Artificial Intelligence (GO-AI) team at Amazon as a Program Manager focused on driving Learning and Development initiatives. In this role, you will.

• Lead the analysis, design, and evaluation of learning programs to support L&D initiatives within GO-AI.
• Conceptualize and develop content tailored for Millennials and GenZ learners, ensuring alignment with learning needs and program strategies.
• Develop learning solutions that enhance performance, ensure compliance with Amazon policies, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage relationships, oversee facilitator development, coordinate course logistics, and conduct course evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and take ownership of projects to drive resolutions.
• Establish standardized learning management processes, procedures, and templates to streamline operations.
• Track and maintain L&D curriculum in the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and scalability of learning solutions through continuous feedback mechanisms, aiming to improve learner retention, job performance, and overall employee experience aligned with business goals.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience in content development and learning management systems administration
• Proficiency in facilitation, program & project management, and MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder management and vendor management
• Familiarity with authoring tools like Articulate
