Experience. 8 to 10 years 

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Leadership. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on technical hiring. Leverage your 8-10 years of experience to drive efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.
2. Stakeholder Management. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting insights and updates in review meetings. Your strong communication skills will ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
3. Team Management. Lead and guide a team of 2-3 members. Set targets, mentor team members, and implement new sourcing methodologies and processes to meet hiring goals.
4. Metrics & Dashboarding. Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. Maintain comprehensive dashboards and trackers to monitor and improve recruitment performance.
5. Sourcing Strategies. Innovate and apply new sourcing methods, including social recruiting and Boolean searches. Utilize your sourcing skills to identify and attract top talent.
6. Technical Expertise. Manage recruitment for specialized skillsets, including RPA A360, .NET Core, Automation Testing, Agile, ETL, and RPA Support. Ensure the team is equipped to meet these hiring needs effectively.
