Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of program management experience working on cross-functional programs.
  • I have one year of experience with mobile device software testing and product development cycles, mobile device OEMs, and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Experience working with software and testing teams.
  • Excellent technical judgment and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage India vendor operations horizontally, overseeing rightshoring, vendor selection, onboarding, and transition processes.
  • Conduct business reviews and manage relationships with local vendors to enhance efficiency.
  • Establish programs with clear scope, schedule, budget, and metrics, ensuring stakeholder alignment and addressing changing circumstances.
  • Identify solutions and drive operational excellence through program lifecycles, from planning to implementation.
  • Support lab and space planning, including forecasting, securing space, and facilitating building expansions.
  • Collect data to create a centralized catalog for buildings and labs.
