What will your job look like?

1. Customer Engagement. Review business and technical requirements with customers, providing tailored solutions.
2. Technical Expertise. Write, review, and test detailed design documents; configure and customize code.
3. Support and Guidance. Provide technical support throughout all project phases and advise customers on best practices in coding, design, product features, deployment architecture, and more.
4. Project Leadership. Lead projects, develop customizations, and create demo scripts/storyboards.
5. Installation and Configuration. Install and configure products in various environments, from internal labs to customer production environments.
6. Integration. Integrate Amdocs products with third-party applications within commercial customer networks.
7. Training. Deliver customized functional training to customers and internal teams.
8. Testing. Oversee non-functional/performance testing, from design to implementation and analysis.
9. Connectivity Validation. Perform validation of system components, review results with stakeholders, and contribute to project status reporting.
10. Defect Management. Lead and screen defects/incidents, directing them to relevant owners and ensuring follow-up.

All you need is...

1. Experience. 8+ years of relevant Kenan migration experience.
2. Independence. Ability to work independently.
3. Current Engagement. Currently working on a Kenan project.
4. Technical Skills. Proficient in Migration tool build (VUU), system testing of migration tools, dry runs, drills, production migration runs, reconciliations, migration defect fixes, and PL/SQL.
5. Impact Awareness. Understanding the impact of migration build and system testing delays, program milestones, and penalties.
