Responsibilities

  1. Identify Market Opportunities. Define product vision and strategy. Understand customer needs and gather product requirements.
  2. Prioritize Effectively. Balance long- and short-term challenges, problems, and opportunities based on business rationale to drive product priorities.
  3. Be a Subject Matter Expert. Collaborate with vertical product managers and customers to understand their businesses, define solutions, and create actionable plans to deliver these solutions.
  4. Collaborate Across Teams. Work with internal teams and external partners to take products from ideas to launch.
  5. Recognize and Address Gaps. Identify gaps in the existing lifecycle journeys and build structural fixes.
  6. Product Development. Develop new products and enhance existing products.

Requirements

  1. Educational Background. B.E./B.Tech, MBA is an advantage.
  2. Experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2B environment with an understanding of the customer lifecycle of enterprise customers.
  3. Functional Knowledge.
    1. Strong Product Management fundamentals.
    2. Good understanding of the IoT ecosystem.
    3. Data-driven approach towards market identification and product GTM.
    4. Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry/global trends.
    5. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  4. Communication Skills. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be able to manage both internal stakeholders and customer interactions.
  5. Execution. Fast executor, self-starter.
  6. Customer Obsession. Above all, the person should have an obsession to solve customer problems and should be the voice of the customer within Airtel.
