We are seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Product Manager to lead this initiative. Responsibilities

1. Set Vision and Strategy. Independently define and drive the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
2. Optimize Team Dynamics. Identify and assemble effective team combinations to optimize project delivery and execution.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and legal, to launch products rapidly and refine them based on customer feedback.
4. Manage Complex Projects. Provide clarity and direction on highly complex and ambiguous projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Qualifications

1. Experience. 4-8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of defining and executing product strategy.
2. Technical Acumen. Strong technical skills to understand complex product features and make informed trade-offs without constant developer input. Experience in designing and automating workflows is a plus.
3. Communication Skills. Excellent communication abilities, with the capability to tailor messages to different audiences and effectively drive stakeholder engagement.
4. Product Launch. Demonstrated success in launching multiple products with high velocity, showcasing the ability to manage and execute projects efficiently.
