As a Product Manager at PhonePe, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap and overseeing the development of platform and user-centric products. You will play a key role in shaping PhonePe’s vision for digital payments and financial services while ensuring that the products deliver a positive and impactful experience for millions of users. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving complex problems at scale, and making data-driven decisions to impact PhonePe's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify Holistic Problems. Analyze and distill large, complex problems into actionable, scalable solutions for technology teams to build.
2. Product Specifications & Roadmap. Write detailed product specifications, including use cases and mocks, and create a quarterly product roadmap to prioritize features and initiatives.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration. Evangelize and influence cross-functional teams using data-driven insights to set product priorities and communicate impact.
4. Problem Resolution. Identify and resolve blockers by negotiating with the appropriate stakeholders and teams.
5. Product Communication. Ensure seamless communication between different product teams, engineering, design, and other key stakeholders.
6. Product Operations. Contribute to aspects of product operations, design, marketability, and overall strategic direction.

What We Are Looking For

1. Experience. At least 2 years in product or platform building and development.
