Key Responsibilities

Daily Shift Management

• Administering associate activities.
• Allocating tasks efficiently.
• Monitoring and guiding associates on productivity, quality, and safety.
• Oversight of counts and problem-solving queues.

Shift Quality Assurance

• Ensuring shift quality standards are met.
• Developing action plans to address any deviations.

Training and Development

• Creating and executing training programs for associates.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Auditing and Compliance

• Conducting 4M and 5S audits daily.
• Ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Leadership Support

• Acting as a stand-in for the Area Manager when necessary.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 12-hour shifts, and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring is a plus.
