As a Principal UX Designer, you will lead a talented team in crafting exceptional user experiences across Salesforce's product suite. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership. Manage and develop a team of designers, nurturing their talent and encouraging innovative thinking.
- Vision Communication. Influence and articulate design vision to stakeholders at various levels.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration. Build strong partnerships across Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to solve complex UX design challenges.
- User Research & Testing. Collaborate with product owners to validate assumptions and identify opportunities through user testing and research.
- Design Execution. Work alongside engineering teams to deliver polished final products while evangelizing interface guidelines and design patterns.
- Design-Thinking Culture. Reinforce a culture of design thinking that leverages the best technologies and innovative talent.
Experience / Skills Required
- Extensive Experience. 10+ years of experience in UX design with a proven track record of managing products from concept to release.
- Management Experience. 3+ years in a leadership role, with a passion for mentoring designers.
- User-Centered Design. Deep understanding of user-centered design methods, with a drive to continuously improve processes.
- Agility. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environments.
- Influential Leadership. Power to influence others and build consensus amid ambiguity.
- Analytical Skills. Experience in using analytics and user research to inform design decisions.
- Design Tools. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Education. BA/BS or MA/MS in a design-related field or equivalent experience.

- Experience with design systems and CRM or enterprise software.
