As part of our agile team of customer-facing Program Managers, you'll play a crucial role in accelerating the adoption of Power Platform technologies and maximizing the business value for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across customer accounts, from senior leadership to architects and partners, to drive adoption and address challenges.
  • Communicate effectively to keep all stakeholders informed of engagement progress, issues, successes, and impact on adoption and value realization.
  • Act as the technical expert on the ground, boosting confidence in product capabilities and driving adoption by providing hands-on support.
  • Understand customers' technical challenges, constraints, and blockers, offering recommendations and solutions to enable successful deployment.
  • Influence product teams to prioritize features based on customer feedback and needs, bridging the gap between engineering and customer teams.
  • Own action items from customer engagements, ensuring timely completion and sharing success stories within customer organizations.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of demonstrated work experience in software development or software delivery.
  • Proficiency in key Power Platform technologies and areas, including governance, administration, app development (Canvas and Model driven), Dataverse/Dynamics 365 customization, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and self-learning, able to make decisions and progress with minimal guidance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent work experience.

Additional Information

  • Occasional travel (25% to 50%) may be required for this role.
