Key Responsibilities

1. AI/ML Model Development. Design, build, and implement advanced machine learning models, including generative AI, uplift modeling, and causal inference, to create personalized customer experiences.
2. Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics. Lead the development of predictive models to enhance personalization strategies and improve customer engagement.
3. Deep Learning Expertise. Leverage neural networks and graph neural networks for cutting-edge personalization solutions, enabling accurate trip ranking and route optimization.
4. Cross-Sell Strategies. Develop models that optimize cross-selling strategies to maximize customer value.
5. Impact-Driven Data Transformation. Apply advanced data science techniques to transform large datasets into business impact, elevating the travel-commerce experience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of uplift modeling and causal inference methodologies.

Technical Proficiency

• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Databricks, MLFlow, MLOps, and AWS SageMaker.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and data mining techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus

• Experience in personalization systems within the travel or e-commerce domain.
