We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with a deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, specifically PowerApps and Power Automate, to join our growing team. As a Power Platform Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering innovative solutions that streamline business processes, enhance user experience, and drive organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and Manage Power Platform Projects. Lead and oversee the development and implementation of solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will be responsible for driving the design and deployment of custom business applications and automations that solve complex business problems.
2. Team Leadership and Collaboration. You will be expected to manage and guide a team of developers and consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and seamless project execution. You'll provide mentorship and hands-on support to your team, helping them grow their technical skills and meet project objectives.
3. Staying Current with Power Platform Trends. As the Power Platform landscape evolves, you’ll be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of PowerApps and Power Automate. Your expertise in these areas will ensure that the team remains ahead of the curve, leveraging cutting-edge tools and strategies for maximum efficiency.
4. Develop and Optimize PowerApps. Utilize your experience with PowerApps formulas, development methodologies, and user interface design to develop high-quality apps that meet business needs. You'll ensure that applications are both functional and user-friendly, offering exceptional performance and scalability.
5. Implement Business Automation via Power Automate. Design, build, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual tasks and optimize business processes. You will ensure workflows are efficient, effective, and align with the business's objectives.
6. Data Modeling and Reporting (Power BI, DAX). While not a core requirement, experience with Power BI, including data modeling and DAX, will be advantageous. You’ll work with data engineers to create robust reporting dashboards and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
7. Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for identifying and troubleshooting issues within the Power Platform applications and workflows. You will proactively address challenges and find efficient solutions to meet business requirements.
8. Effective Communication. As a Power Platform Lead, clear communication is vital. You will interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms. You'll be instrumental in gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and providing updates to business leaders.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

1. Experience with Power Platform Tools. At least 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
2. Leadership Experience. Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and ensure successful delivery within deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members.
3. PowerApps Development Expertise. A strong grasp of PowerApps formulas, app development, and best practices for building responsive, scalable, and secure applications.
4. Power Automate Expertise. Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows to optimize business processes. Familiarity with the integration of external systems and APIs is a plus.
5. Data Modeling and Power BI. Good understanding of Power BI for creating impactful dashboards and reports. Proficiency in DAX is a plus.
6. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically when tackling complex technical challenges.
7. Excellent Communication Skills. You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates, handling queries, and offering solutions.
8. Time Management. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, ensuring all deadlines are met while juggling multiple responsibilities.
