We are seeking a skilled and innovative Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, and integrating various data sources. Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development. Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps to enhance business workflows and improve operational efficiency.
2. Process Automation. Create, manage, and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and drive productivity improvements.
3. Data Integration. Work with various data sources including SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and IBMI DB2, ensuring seamless integration of data for Power Platform solutions.
4. Custom Connectors & API Integration. Develop and maintain custom connectors to integrate Power Platform solutions with external APIs and third-party services, ensuring smooth interoperability.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration. Gather requirements from stakeholders, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions that align with business goals.
6. Troubleshooting & Support. Identify and resolve issues related to Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
7. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing. Maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes, workflows, system configurations, and best practices.
8. Continuous Learning & Innovation. Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features, tools, and industry best practices to drive innovation and maximize the platform’s potential.
9. RPA Integration. Assist with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects using tools such as Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, and Blue Prism to further enhance automation and efficiency.
10. Data Security & Compliance. Ensure all solutions comply with data security and privacy regulations, maintaining high standards of security in development and automation activities.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience. 3-6 years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and automating workflows with Power Automate.
3. Technical Expertise. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure services, with the ability to integrate these services into Power Platform solutions.
4. Integration Skills. Hands-on experience in integrating Power Apps with various systems, including SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, and IBMI DB2.
5. Custom Connector Development. Proficiency in creating and managing custom connectors to integrate external applications and APIs.
6. RPA Knowledge. Familiarity with Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, and Blue Prism is a plus.
7. Problem-Solving Skills. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
8. Collaboration & Communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
9. Analytical Thinking. Strong analytical mindset to assess business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver effective solutions.
