Key Responsibilities

ETL Development

• Design, develop, and manage robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Ensure high data quality and integrity across ETL workflows.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for efficient performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ETL and data integration.

Data Modeling and Integration

• Work with data architects and analysts to define and implement data models that align with business needs.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Implement thorough data validation processes to maintain accuracy and completeness.

Power BI Development

• Create visually compelling, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI based on business requirements.
• Develop data models and DAX measures to support dynamic reporting.
• Offer insights through interactive dashboards to drive decision-making.
• Ensure Power BI solutions are secure, scalable, and perform optimally.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and IT teams.
• Document ETL and Power BI processes and solutions to support future use and knowledge sharing.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
• Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Informatica).
• Expertise in Power BI, with advanced skills in dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting.
• Strong command of database management, SQL, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query, and other key Power BI components.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
