We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Consultant to join our dynamic team immediately. If you are passionate about creating data-driven insights and have a proven track record in Power BI, Snowflake Database, and DAX queries, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate complex business requirements into actionable BI solutions.
• Design efficient and scalable data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights using Power BI.
• Develop visually compelling and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that align with business objectives.
• Execute and optimize DAX queries and functions to enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts while conducting in-depth data analysis to support decision-making.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities, ensuring continuous optimization and efficiency.
• Implement technical changes in current BI systems to improve their performance and functionality.
• Write, optimize, and tune queries for maximum performance and reliability.
• Provide detailed documentation, training, and support to users, ensuring effective use of the developed BI solutions.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Education. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience. A strong candidate with 8–10+ years of experience, including at least 6 years of relevant experience in Power BI.
• Proficiency in Power BI, with expertise in Snowflake Database, DAX queries, and advanced data modeling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of BI development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Exceptional query writing and performance tuning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create actionable insights and analytics that drive business outcomes.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
