As a PAM Architect at Infosys, you will be pivotal in designing, deploying, and integrating privileged access management (PAM) solutions. You will leverage your expertise in CyberArk PAM, SailPoint, Saviynt IGA, and CIAM to ensure robust security measures are in place. This role involves working closely with both internal teams and clients to tailor solutions that meet business and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Design. Lead the architecture, design, deployment, and integration of privileged account security solutions, including CyberArk PAM, SailPoint, Saviynt IGA, and CIAM.
2. Implementation. Oversee the implementation of PAM solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
3. Technical Communication. Discuss technical concepts, interdependencies, and solution benefits with customers. Provide clear explanations and recommendations.
4. Collaboration. Work collaboratively with internal project teams and end customers to refine and enhance PAM solutions. Address design and deployment challenges effectively.
5. Security Governance. Understand and incorporate security policies, governance, and risk management practices into PAM solutions.
6. Client Risk Assessment. Assess and understand the client's security posture and risk profile to tailor solutions appropriately.
7. Solutioning & Integration. Design and architect IAM solutions, including system integration for IGA solutions. Ensure effective communication with product vendors and stakeholders.
8. Requirements Translation. Convert business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that address both functional and security needs.

Required Qualifications

• Experience. Demonstrable experience with PAM solutions, specifically CyberArk, and hands-on experience in implementing and architecting PAM solutions.
• Technical Skills. Strong understanding of privileged account security, IAM solutions, and system integration for IGA solutions.
• Communication. Ability to clearly discuss technical concepts with clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Security Understanding. Deep knowledge of security policies, governance, and client security risk assessment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certifications. Relevant certifications in PAM, IAM, or related technologies are advantageous.
2. Vendor Communication. Experience in effectively communicating with product vendors and understanding their solutions.
3. Integration Expertise. Proven experience in system integration and solution design for IGA solutions.
