As an Oracle Security Manager, you will lead the charge in safeguarding enterprise applications, specifically focusing on Oracle Cloud platforms including ERP, HCM, and CX. Your expertise will be crucial in developing security strategies, managing access controls, and ensuring compliance while supporting clients in their digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust security strategies tailored to Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring the protection of sensitive business data.
- Engage in business development activities, contributing to team growth by mentoring new members.
- Lead client engagements to ensure deliverables align with contract objectives.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding of their business needs.
- Design and enforce stringent security configurations and access controls during cloud migrations.
- Regularly review security configurations and keep abreast of Oracle's product updates, focusing on security enhancements.
- Develop and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies to align with compliance requirements.
- Monitor internal controls within Oracle Cloud applications to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Design efficient onboarding processes for new employees and streamline user access protocols.
- Lead engagement components, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud security design, implementation, and assessment, particularly with ERP and HCM applications.
- Proven experience in managing Oracle Cloud product implementations and configurations.
- Proficient in Oracle Cloud Risk Management Cloud (RMC), including Advanced Access Controls (AAC) and Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC).
- Experience conducting security design workshops with stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills for collaboration with global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Professional Security certifications (e.g., CISSP).
- Oracle certifications in Core HR, Financials, or Procurement.
- Certified in Oracle Cloud Security Foundation or Professional.
