Job Description

As part of our Global Supply Management (GSM) team, you will manage vendor payments and queries, focusing on the U.S. and Latin American (LAC) regions. Your role will include clearing invoice exceptions, coordinating with requestors, handling reporting tasks, and ensuring that our vendor payments process runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with finance teams, ensuring that all accounting clearance and reporting activities are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform exception clearance of invoices for the U.S. and LAC regions.
  • Handle daily business-as-usual tasks, including invoice exceptions, liaising with requestors, and processing reports.
  • Manage month-end tasks such as metrics reporting and accounting clearance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. market requirements through daily and monthly due diligence.
  • Support quarterly accrual activities for accounts payable as part of the financial close process.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA with 1-2 years of accounts payable experience.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • A self-driven, results-focused mindset with a high level of flexibility.
  • Knowledge of Oracle/Ariba systems (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Shift timing. 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM.
