HTC Global Services is looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, deploying, and securing our network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across our global network. Job Responsibilities

1. Network Security Operations. Oversee and manage network security operations with a focus on Cisco routers and switches to optimize network performance and safeguard security.
2. Firewall Management. Configure and maintain Juniper SRX series firewalls (SRX340, SRX240, SRX4200) and perform firewall audits using Firemon to assess and improve security measures.
3. VPN Administration. Administer Palo Alto and Zscaler VPNs to secure vendor access and protect network resources.
4. Firewall Platforms. Oversee Juniper Space and Palo Alto Panorama management platforms, enhancing firewall visibility and streamlining operations.
5. Data Center Security. Manage Palo Alto firewalls across data centers, manufacturing sites, and offices worldwide, focusing on safeguarding network assets and sensitive data.
6. Fortinet Firewalls. Assist in implementing and optimizing Fortinet firewalls to reinforce network defenses.
7. Threat Detection. Integrate Elastic Search into vulnerability management processes to strengthen threat detection and response capabilities.
8. Cloud Integration. Design and implement secure cloud integration solutions to connect on-premises infrastructure to cloud environments, leveraging F5, EfficientIP (DDI/IPAM), VPN/MFA, and Internet Gateways.
9. Wireless and Network Management. Manage Juniper Mist Wireless controller and access points, maintaining core routing and switching infrastructure (BGP, OSPF protocols) to ensure efficient data flow and connectivity.
10. Identity Access Control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network access control.
11. Data Center Support. Provide support for data center infrastructure, including on-premises store DF and Equinix facilities, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
12. Incident and Change Management. Skilled in managing incidents, problems, and change requests within a service request management framework.
13. Network Automation. Use Python, Ansible, and Terraform to drive network automation and optimize workflows.
14. Inventory & Asset Management. Oversee network inventory and asset management, performing firmware upgrades on vendor devices such as Juniper and Cisco.
15. Advanced Network Solutions. Configure and manage Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), SD-WAN, and Juniper MIST SSR Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in network security engineering, with strong expertise in Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Fortinet technologies.
• Proven experience with configuring and managing Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls (Juniper SRX series).
• Hands-on experience with the Firemon firewall auditing tool.
• Proficiency in VPN technologies, especially Palo Alto VPN.
• Familiarity with firewall management platforms like Juniper Space and Palo Alto Panorama.
• Knowledge of Fortinet firewall implementation and optimization is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, PCNSA, PCNSE, or FCNSP are advantageous.
