Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Development. Architect and develop scalable applications using .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC, adhering to best practices and design patterns.
2. SharePoint Expertise. Utilize deep knowledge of SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online and SPFx, to build customized solutions that meet specific business needs.
3. Technical Leadership. Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to established standards.
4. Full SDLC Involvement. Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
5. Technology Evaluation. Stay updated with emerging technologies, evaluate their potential application to enhance existing systems, and propose innovative solutions.
6. Collaboration and Communication. Effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
7. Domain Expertise. Preferably bring experience in the Life Sciences or Patient Safety domain, contributing domain-specific insights to product development.

Required Skills/Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in SharePoint development, encompassing SharePoint Online and SPFx.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Solid background in front-end development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise in database design and development using SQL Server or comparable technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS is advantageous.
• Proven track record in leading technical implementations with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required.
