Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and translating them into system specifications.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and efficient .NET applications, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
• Develop, test, and deploy robust applications using Microsoft technologies, particularly within the .NET framework.
• Collaborate with Technology Leads and Project Managers to estimate work requirements accurately and support project planning.
• Ensure adherence to best coding practices, quality standards, and security guidelines while developing applications.
• Participate in validation and troubleshooting activities to ensure smooth system performance and user satisfaction.
• Write unit test cases and perform code reviews to enhance software quality and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into development practices as needed.
• Follow Agile and SDLC methodologies to streamline project execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Engage in continuous learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster innovation and improve overall team capabilities.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Technologies, particularly the .NET Framework.
• A deep understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, or React (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and best practices in enterprise applications.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code with a focus on reusability.
• Knowledge of quality processes, estimation techniques, and performance engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in .NET Core and cloud-native application development.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
• Experience in RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
