LemonEdge is seeking an experienced and highly motivated .NET Developer to join their growing team and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions in the financial services sector. As the company rapidly scales to meet the needs of a growing client base, they are looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth, high-complexity environment and has a proven track record of delivering software products through their entire lifecycle.

You will work closely with the Development Director and the team to design, build, and enhance LemonEdge’s platform solution and industry-specific vertical products. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale enterprise software development, and be proficient in modern technologies like .NET 8, Azure or AWS, SQL, and Blazor.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain high-quality software. Collaborate with the team to ensure that all products meet architectural and design requirements, aligning with the company's long-term vision.
2. Support product growth and expansion. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to modeling, designing, and implementing solutions to meet business goals.
3. Promote best practices. Advocate for code quality, maintainability, and simplicity. Strive for clarity in coding practices and avoid unnecessary complexity.
4. Research new technologies. Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in software development, particularly in cloud services (Azure/AWS) and modern frameworks like Blazor.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work closely with the CTO and other team members to deliver high-performance solutions in a fast-paced, growing company.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of development experience with .NET and SQL.
• Proven experience in developing large-scale enterprise-grade software projects through the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms, and container technologies like Docker.
• Exposure to Blazor (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Understanding or experience in Fintech, Private Equity, or Fund Accounting (a plus, but not mandatory).
