Tech Mahindra is looking for an experienced Dotnet Developer to join its dynamic development team across PAN India locations. This role is ideal for candidates who are proficient in C#, .NET, and .NET Core, and have a strong background in database management and software development. As part of the development team, you will work on a variety of .NET applications, collaborate closely with fellow developers, and contribute to maintaining and enhancing software systems.

Mandatory Skills

• Database Management Systems (DBMS). Strong understanding of DDL (Data Definition Language) and DML (Data Manipulation Language) operations.

Programming Skills

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Version Control: Experience working with version control tools like Git and Kubernetes.
• Team Handling: Previous experience in leading or managing development teams, including guiding team members and managing workflow.
• English Fluency: Strong command of English for effective communication within teams and with stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills

1. Agile Methodology. Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies and platforms like Jira.
2. ITIL. Familiarity with ITIL platforms, such as ServiceNow and IFS Assyst.
3. Java/Java EE. Familiarity with Java and Java EE for full-stack development.
4. JavaScript. Experience with JavaScript for full-stack development is a plus.
5. Business Process Automation (BPA). Understanding BPA concepts is an added advantage.
6. Technical Leadership. Ability to lead technical teams, drive solutions, and manage escalations.
7. Communication Skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in technical discussions.

Experience & Qualifications

1. Experience. 5-10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development, with a strong understanding of database management and application development.
2. Leadership Experience. Proven experience in handling teams and taking on technical leadership roles.
3. Agile Experience. Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
