GlobalLogic is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic team working on a cutting-edge software project for a world-class company that specializes in providing M2M (Machine to Machine) / IoT 4G/5G modules. These modules serve diverse industries, including automotive, healthcare, and logistics. As part of the team, you will help develop firmware for end-user modules, implement new features, maintain compatibility with the latest telecommunication standards, and analyze customer requirements. Key Responsibilities

Development & Delivery

• Develop and implement high-quality solutions for customer products.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Squad to review, refine, estimate, and prioritize functional requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and performant code adhering to industry design patterns and coding standards.
• Engage in design and review processes as both author and reviewer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues reported by customers.
• Ensure "Definition of Done" for all product backlog items, including appropriate unit tests.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work closely with squad members to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Mentor junior team members and engage in knowledge sharing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and decision-making.

Technology & Innovation

• Stay up to date with current industry methodologies, emerging technologies, and trends.
• Contribute to the assessment and adoption of new technologies for the squad or product.
• Proactively identify and recommend improvements in technical hygiene and supportability.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• 4-7 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, React, and Java.
• Proven experience in designing databases, writing complex SQL queries, and performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience in building RESTful services and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or similar PaaS offerings (Mongo Atlas, Auth0).
• Experience in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and building release pipelines using tools like Visual Studio, TFS, VSTS, GIT.

Desired Knowledge

• Awareness of SOLID principles, microservices, and modern frontend frameworks (React, JavaScript, Redux).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Knowledge of public cloud services and platforms as a service.
